We always aim to make a positive difference to all our customers by delivering a personalised care service. We are extremely flexible and can offer to meet a variety of needs. You may need just an hour a day or a week, or maybe a longer visit which might enable you to complete a task. You may need temporary care or something longer term.
We can also support you if you need help accessing your community, going to events, or even accompanying you on holiday.
All requirements can be discussed at an Assessment, where we can collate all the information needed to ensure we understand what you need and meet your expectations. This will be put into a Personal Plan and contain information about keeping you safe, how we will support you, health & medication management, and emergency contact details.
