Meet the Instructor

Hi, I’m Gemma! Your Movement is Medicine™️ instructor.
Movement is medicine bridges the gap between education, exercise, music and movement by combining neuroscience, rhythm and dance with nervous system regulation techniques to release stress, tension and emotion.
It’s not about what you look like it’s all about how you feel. So lets get out of the mind into the body and the present moment and have fun.
This of course will be adapted for everyone at Blueberry Hill.
I look forward to meeting you soon!
